I have had Disaster Recovery clean my carpets several times. They are excellent and removed a stain other have not been able to get out. Excellent company and carpets are dry when they leave. Our carpets in our rental were horrible, absolutely disgusting, smelled of wear and pet urine from previous tenants. We are very clean people but our home was one that you’d walk in and was hit in the face with YUCK. It was embarrassing for we are not the type of people to neglect our home, pets or loved that way. I was at my wits end with trying to find the right company to help, UNTIL I FOUND DISASTER RECOVERY!!! Oh so amazing to work with, I had called their office on a Sunday afternoon, now mind you after normal business hours, I was immediately helped by Derek Powell, he listened to all of my woes and struggles and could hear my frustration with our home, by the end of our call Derek had us scheduled immediately for a free consult. A couple days later Derek came out all suited up and ready to dive into the consult for our house. He was extremely professional and relatable and better yet he was understanding with empathy for our horrible smell that had lingered in our rental from previous ick!! He quickly took measurements and gave us our quote, AFFORDABLE!!! We agreed and quickly set up the appointment before he even left. When the appointment date came, we cleared our rooms wall to wall, it was an easy process for confirming and what we needed to do to prep our home. I spoke with their lovely receptionist and gave instructions on how to access our house (we were working and wouldn’t be present for the cleaning) they came in and within an hour had the house deep cleaned. I came home for lunch and when I opened the door, I wasn’t hit in the face with lingering smells, it was so CLEAN!! The carpets had new life back in them, the carpets were fluffy again and it smelled so nice, with the protective coat over the top it felt so nice to comfortably walk bare foot again on our floors. I am no longer scared to let our kids play and lay on the floor for fear of what they would be putting their faces or skin on. Once they had concluded their services they locked our house and everything was intact. I am so happy with the services Disaster Recovery had provided to our family and our home. We most definitely recommend them, and will if ever need be, use their services again.
