This company was absolutely incredible to work with. Derek was very informative, educational, responsive, and skilled. He went above and BEYOND with our water damage control, along with carpet cleaning afterwards. The company provides thorough documentation for insurance of water damages and drying measures. For both water damage and carpet cleaning, HIGH PRAISE! As a bonus, he was able to get impossibly difficult stains out of our carpet, all with a smile on his face! Looks brand new! DR response rate is so quick and emergency's he has the nick name "Johnny on the Spot" because he not only does shampoo beautifully- his company deals with any water intrusion emergency's. We had our dryer vent, duct work and carpets cleaned all in the same day. I'm very impressed with how great of a job Derek did and the price was very reasonable! My house smells wonderful and fresh and the carpets were dry by the time I got home from work. I will definitely be using their services again!
